About Sheila Hall

Sheila's career started out in the Nursing Industry as an LPN where she worked on the Critical Care and Holding Units of the hospital. While rewarding, she knew that there was something more out there for her and sought to find out just what it was.

She suffered a devastating injury to her neck when she was just 12 years old and since then, suffered from severe headaches and constant neck pain. After trying many different treatments and techniques, she finally started to get relief from specific therapeutic massage to her neck. After so many years of suffering, she knew that not only was she thrilled to have relief, she decided that she wanted to help others feel the same relief she now enjoys and went back to school to become an RMT.

Sheila is a 2200 hour trained and licensed therapist, who graduated Honors With Distinction with a 97% average. She is well known for, and specializes in upper back and neck treatments, taking extra care to work carefully and deep to the many intricate layers of the neck and upper back.

She has taken supplemental courses in Prenatal massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy (including Raindrop Technique), Joint Play, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial cupping, and Kinetic Massage of the neck. She continues to upgrade and broaden her education each year by taking courses that will keep her up to date on the latest skills and techniques available, and that will benefit her clients most. In the future she will be taking the different levels of certified ART (Active Release Therapy).

Sheila strongly believes that clients should try different therapists until they find the one that works best for their muscles. She welcomes you to book a massage with her and see if she is the right therapist for you.
